                         WHO WE ARE AS THE WELL

The Well is a prayer ministry of Christians from many denominational backgrounds who are hungering for more of God.

The ministry is patterned after the International House of Prayer in Kansas City.

We hold dear the core teachings of the ancient creeds and evangelical truth, focusing on the Lord Jesus Christ, His Person and work, as God's full provision for life and godliness.

The Holy Spirit, we believe, has been sent to empower us corporately and individually.  All the gifts of the Spirit are relevant for our age and are embraced at The Well as a vital part of effective prayer.

Believing that we live in the end times, we see ourselves as forerunners of the second coming of Jesus Christ and seek to minister in that sense of urgency.

While providing house churches for those seeking a spiritual community, The Well is primarily a para-church ministry which seeks to assist local churches of the region in living out the implications of being the bride of Christ.
